Every now and then we have issues with our espresso machines and they don’t pull shots right. Don’t complain that we are taking forever when we are trying to make you a drink that doesn’t taste right.

At least at our store, we quad bag our trash cans and take out two bags at a time since the bags tend to leak easily. Please don’t start throwing trash way in the middle of me putting bags in the can and please don’t put your half full drinks into the cover that is set off to the side!

Parking straight is not that difficult. Even if you are just coming in, getting a drink, and leaving please for the sake of others pull into a spot straight. And no you may not park in the area where people come in and out.

Tip #20
Most baristas don’t care if you say small, medium, and large.

But here:

Short: 8oz. Usually a “kid’s sized” hot drink.
Tall: Small. 12oz (kid’s cold drinks)
Grande: Medium. 16oz
Venti: Large. 20oz for hot, 24oz for cold.
Trenta: XLarge. 32oz for Iced teas, Iced coffee, and water.

I think the only thing I hate hearing is “regular”, all of our sizes are regular.
